While there seems to be a fine line between characteristics that define yachts and superyachts, mega yachts explore the pinnacle of luxury while cruising the open ocean. Typically measuring over 80 metres (260 feet) in length, mega yachts require larger crews to maintain the vessel while offering a spectacular level of service.

Yacht and superyacht designer Enzo Manca is pushing the boundaries of marine luxury with the all-new UAE ONE Concept mega yacht, a passion-driven project inspired by the largest US aircraft carriers. Taking over two years to design, renderings of the 140 metre (459-foot) UAE ONE showcase a total of 9 decks that include two heliports for helicopters over 55 feet and a sheltering hangar for a presidential helicopter.

The 2,787 m2 (30,000+ sqft) teakwood main deck proves to be the space to be as it houses a 18 metre (60-foot) transversal swimming pool, gym, wellness centre, and onboard spa. At the bow of the UAE ONE, an enormous circular sofa is positioned with a fireplace at the centre and a complete 360-degree view of the open sea for all guests to enjoy. Although renderings of its spacious interior are still in the works, the mega yacht will be equipped with 35 cabins for around 65 crew members, 14 mini apartments, five super suites, eight master cabins, three meeting rooms, and an additional press area. Symbolising the epitome of ultra-luxury, the UAE ONE mega yacht from Enzo Manca will be in production later this year.
