The Weissach marque wrapped up honours in the previous round of the WEC at Spa, establishing an unassailable lead over nearest rival Ferrari with only one round of the 2018/19 superseason to go.
It was also guaranteed that one of Porsche's two driver crews will end up winning the drivers' title, although Gianmaria Bruni and Richard Lietz have only a slim chance of overhauling Kevin Estre and Michael Christensen's comfortable 36-point buffer heading to Le Mans.
Both the #91 and #92 Porsche 911 RSRs, which ran in retro-themed liveries at the French classic last year, will feature a variation of their regular WEC liveries this time around, with the red sections being replaced by gold (pictured top).
Meanwhile, the CORE Autosport-run IMSA machines, cars #93 and #94, will reprise their Brumos Racing liveries, as seen in the opening two rounds of the SportsCar Championship season at Daytona and Sebring (below).
Patrick Pilet, Nick Tandy and Frederic Makowiecki took their Brumos-coloured car to victory in the Sebring 12 Hours, before Porsche reverted to its standard design for the following races at Long Beach and Mid-Ohio.
Porsche Motorsport vice-president Fritz Enzinger commented: “The gold paintwork on the two 911 RSR racers from the WEC symbolises the early win of the world title for manufacturers, which is something we’re very proud of.
"The Brumos design is one of the most famous and popular vehicle liveries in motor racing. This year this finish celebrates its Le Mans debut. In 2018, our cars sported a special design and yielded us a brilliant double victory at Le Mans. We hope to achieve a similar result this year.”
