Rolls-Royce is offering customers a Wraith-inspired luggage collection that costs more than £29,000.

Comprising three different cases – a ‘Grand Tourer’, ‘Long Weekender’ and a garment carrier – the luggage is built with carbon fibre and the same leather you’ll find on the seats of a Rolls-Royce.

Rolls-Royce's amazing ancillaries

The Grand Tourer is an aluminium-bodied suitcase, while the Long Weekender is a holdall with a magnetic zip and wide, flat sides to ensure comfort while it’s being carried. The garment carrier, meanwhile, is designed to keep tailored suits in “pristine condition.”

The attention to detail is incredible, from the self-righting centre caps on the wheels of the grand tourer to the ‘invisible’ stitching of the leather. The company has even consulted the head butlers at some of the world’s biggest and best luxury hotels to find out what makes the ideal suitcase.

As a result, the handle of each item has been extensively thought out to provide a perfectly even weight distribution, making it easier to carry.

It’s easy to load, too, with the pieces designed to “fit perfectly” in the boot of a Wraith.

Customers can choose whether to order each item individually, with a starting price of $3,465 (around £2,700), or as part of a set. The five-piece option bundles two Grand Tourers and three Long Weekenders, while the six-piece set adds a garment carrier to the mix.

Those interested in adding a personal touch can also customise their luggage to match the two-tone interior of their car.

Prices for the luggage rise up to $37,711, or around £29,370.
