The new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross will be available from just £199 a month on a PCP (Personal Contract Purchase) deal, says Mitsubishi. The offer is available for both regular customers and business users as part of a contract hire agreement, and order books are now open ahead of first deliveries in January 2018.

There are three trim levels available for the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross – 2, 3 and 4. All are powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, mated to a six-speed manual (front-wheel drive only) or an all-new eight-step CVT automatic transmission (available on front-wheel- and four-wheel-drive models). A 2.2-litre diesel engine is also set to be introduced next year.

All versions of the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross will be available on a 5.9 percent APR PCP deal for a 37-month contract that includes a £750 deposit contribution from the Japanese car maker. The Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross 2 will cost £199 per month, following a deposit of £4,550 and an optional final payment of £11,234.

Every Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross model comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard, touchpad controller, rear-view camera, DAB radio with six speakers, climate control air conditioning, LED day running lights and alloy wheels.

Safety features such as Lane Departure Warning and Forward Collision Mitigation (FCM), which uses radar technology to detect a risk of collision, are also included and have helped the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross achieve a maximum five-star Euro NCAP rating.

Business users can experience the same benefits for £199+VAT per month on a 36-month, 10,000-mile per year contract hire deal with an advance rental of nine payments. Business users can pick any version, but not the limited-run First Edition.

For those using the Motability scheme, for an advanced payment of £399 those receiving the Disability Living Allowance can also benefit from the well-equipped Eclipse Cross.
