You've reached the top, now you can move in.

When you’ve finished playing in your Aston Martin submarine, you’ll need somewhere to point your Aston Martin car in the direction of, and thankfully the company is about to take care of that with its new block of flats in Miami.

The tower will feature 391 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms in size, some of which will feature delightful sea views over the Atlantic. Eight penthouses will be built as part of the development, and each one gets its own pool and private terrace.

Aston Martin will incorporate what it calls ‘key design elements’ into the build, including carbonfibre reception desks, leather fobs for your house keys and ‘bespoke artisan Aston Martin door handles’. We’re particularly excited to see how the artisan door handles turn out.

Floors 52 through 55 will feature a delightful range of amenities to ensure that residents need never set foot outside if they don’t want to – there will be a double-level fitness centre overlooking the ocean, a spin studio, boxing gym, virtual golf room, art gallery, two cinemas, full-service spa, beauty salon and barber shop.

German Coto, CEO of G&G Developments, which has partnered with Aston Martin to build the dynamic new building, said he was ‘looking forward to admiring the view’ from the top of the building when it is finished.

Prices for the apartments will range from around £500,000 to over £38m, and the building is expected to be completed by 2021.
