Move fast and you'll even get free fuel.

Skoda buyers are no fools – with, if they order a new Citigo, Fabia, Rapid, Octavia, Yeti or Superb by 17 July, no fuel... er, bills. Yes, Skoda is offering a free fuel promotion, which gives new car buyers a voucher worth £500 in petrol or diesel. The eagle-eyed amongst you will have spotted the in-demand Kodiaq isn't included in the above list: no fear, because Skoda is giving those who request a test drive online a £1,000 voucher that can be taken off the sale price if they then go on to buy.

Just one proviso there: Kodiaq S and SE Technology models are not included in the offer.

That's not all Skoda dealers currently have in their promotions stockpile, either. The headline saving is a hefty £3,000 deposit contribution on the Superb, for those signing up for a Skoda Solutions PCP deal. The 4.9 percent APR isn't quite as headline-grabbing though: an arguably stronger deal is the £2,000 deposit contribution offered to Fabia and new Octavia buyers – because the PCP APR there is just 2.9 percent.

Do be sure to once again check the small print if you've buying an Octavia though: the offer excludes fleet-focused SE Business and SE Technology models.

Prefer to pay zero interest? The outgoing Yeti and pre-facelift Citigo are both offered with 0 percent APR finance – complete with a £1,000 deposit contribution for the Citigo (cue the small print: it excludes the S model) and £1,500 for the Yeti. Skoda even offers the facelifted 2017 Citigo with a £1,000 deposit contribution, although the APR is 2.9 percent here.

Although you have to strike fast to pick up the free fuel offer, all other deals run throughout the summer until the end of September. Because only fools rush in, right?
